Salary - 5500 AED

Experience - 4+ years

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure
• Document processes and create user guides for better service delivery
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical challenges
• Assist in system upgrades and installations as needed
• Respond promptly to support requests from staff members
• Experience in Outlook laptop image installations and POS
• MS Office Outlook backup procedures
• End‑user support
• Printer, laptop, computer, and CCTV configuration

• Minimum of 4 years experience in IT support or related field
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent preferred
