You will play a key role in defining the future of products that reach millions of customers while working in a startup‑like environment.
Responsibilities- Own end‑to‑end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects to provide outputs that inform strategic product decisions.
- Demonstrate critical thinking beyond explicit business requests and challenge research expectations to deliver solid solutions.
- Lead core research activities—driving objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication.
- Evaluate research opportunities for importance, urgency and impact; prioritize accordingly.
- Triangulate quantitative and qualitative data, adapt existing methods, and innovate new approaches in collaboration with senior researchers.
- Use appropriate tools (surveys, diary studies, analysis software) and apply best practices to quantify research value and efficiency.
- Maintain data compliance and ethics across all research activities.
- Drive cross‑discipline collaboration through insights and activities, ensuring clear ownership and communication.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the broader research community.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer‑facing business domains.
- Strong capability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze, and communicate research research findings.
- Proficiency with qualitative methods (interviews, diary studies, observation, think‑aloud usability testing, etc.).
- Proficiency with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, statistical concepts, etc.).
- Experience evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors.
- Ability to translate user problems and business opportunities into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Critical thinking beyond business requests; strong storytelling and communication skills in English.
- Enjoys collaborative work in a dynamic, data‑driven creative environment.
