Trainers​/Instructors IBM Maximo Suite Training

We are seeking a highly experienced IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Trainer to deliver a comprehensive online training program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Maximo configuration, deployment, asset management, system integration, and predictive maintenance tools, combined with excellent virtual delivery skills.

• Deliver a dynamic and interactive online training program covering the IBM Maximo Application Suite
• Provide hands‑on guidance to participants using sandbox environments
• Lead workshops, case studies, and practical exercises related to asset management and workflow automation
• Demonstrate Maximo’s capabilities including predictive maintenance, IoT integration, and data analytics
• Support participants with system configuration tasks and troubleshooting
• Ensure learning outcomes are achieved across a diverse group of professionals
• Provide digital training materials, assessments, and step‑by‑step guidance

• Introduction to IBM Maximo Application Suite and its core modules
• Asset registry setup, monitoring tools, and performance tracking
• Predictive maintenance and IoT sensor integration
• Workflow automation, scheduling, and work‑order management
• Maximo analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• System configuration, scaling, and integration with ERP/CRM
• Real‑world case studies and practical Maximo deployment scenarios

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience working with IBM Maximo (including MAS versions)
• Strong proficiency in configuration, deployment, and integration
• Experience in asset management, operations, or maintenance systems
• Proven track record in delivering online training or technical workshops
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for professionals at different skill levels
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications or Maximo‑related accreditations are a strong advantage

• Experience with predictive maintenance and IoT‑based solutions
• Hands‑on exposure to Maximo’s analytics and reporting tools
• Industry experience (manufacturing, energy, transportation, facilities, etc.)
• Ability to create training materials: manuals, templates, video walkthroughs
