Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong enterprise-level experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across a multi-org architecture
. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Apex, LWC architecture, integrations, and Dev Ops governance
, and will be confident operating in a fast-moving, high-volume real-estate environment.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, scheduled, async).
• Build advanced
  , reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and support modern architectural patterns.
• Integrate Salesforce with external and internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven patterns.
• Support and enhance a multi-org Salesforce environment
  , including data sync, error handling, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain and optimize existing architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and LWC issues.
• Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and solution architecture discussions.
• Adhere to established Dev Ops/CI-CD pipelines and branching strategies.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and deployment notes.
• Collaborate with Admins, QA, Product Owners, and business teams during release cycles.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and architectural best practices.
• (Optional but preferred) Support workflows related to real-estate CRM, property listings, or lead management
  .

Core Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Apex (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing).
• Expert-level LWC skills, including reusable components and performance optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security (profiles, roles, sharing), and best practices.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level integrations
  , API callouts, middleware, and webhook/event integrations.
• Experience working in multi-org setups
  , cross-org data flows, and sync logic.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Dev Ops:
  Git, CI/CD (Gearset, Copado, Git Hub Actions, or similar).
• Strong debugging and performance optimisation capability.
• Understanding of governor limits and scalable design patterns.

Business/Domain Skills

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and large-scale workflow automation.
• Experience supporting real-estate CRM, property, or high-volume transactional workflows (preferred).

• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
