Personal Assistant – Digital Marketing & SEO; On-site

Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant with strong digital marketing expertise to support senior management across marketing, online growth, and daily business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically skilled, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where marketing, strategy, and execution overlap.

You will be involved in SEO, paid advertising, social media growth (especially Tik Tok), and broader digital marketing initiatives, while also supporting management with operational and administrative tasks.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Business Bay. Daily commuting is essential.

We are currently aiming to expand into Portuguese speaking countries so Portuguese language skills will be a very big bonus that will put you ahead.

• Provide direct personal and operational support to senior management.
• Manage and optimize SEO across company websites.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Pay-Per-Click campaigns (Google Ads focus).
• Assist with Tik Tok marketing strategy, content optimization, and growth tactics.
• Monitor ad performance, traffic, and conversions.
• Support website optimization and basic content updates.
• Assist with competitor research and growth strategy planning.
• Handle confidential business information with discretion.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong experience with Google Ads and PPC campaigns.
• Experience with Tik Tok marketing and paid or organic growth strategies.
• Understanding of web analytics and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Portuguese language skills.
• Experience with grey hat marketing techniques.
• Familiarity with Webflow or CMS platforms.

• Must be based in Dubai.
• Must be able to commute daily to Business Bay.
• Full-time availability.
• Professional, reliable, and organized.
