Paradox is building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so people truly rewire who they are. This role will zero in on crafting the experiences inside the Paradox Operating System for human greatness helped by AI.

• Architect the full learning system, from learning experience architecture to execution.
• Design learning journeys that prioritize transformation, not just content.
• Script engaging learning experiences that meet science-backed standards and resonate with users’ hearts and brains.
• Ensure every product feature—loops, AI agents, protocols—supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem.
• Co‑create premium, high‑impact courses with top performers and translate their expertise into cinematic, science‑based learning journeys.
• Produce educational assets (modules, assessments, reflection prompts, etc.) and refine them using data and user feedback.
• Develop AI‑driven conversations and loops, iterating on prompts for human‑like, transformative exchanges.
• Analyze, measure, and iterate to improve transformation and stickiness; set and track KPIs for learning outcomes.

• 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design within EdTech, coaching, or transformational education.
• Somebody who has shipped a major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
• Comfortable with AI tools and design software such as Figma.
• Proven history of designing digital learning experiences across diverse asset types (video, written, interactive).
• A portfolio of cinematic, narrative‑rich courses or learning programs, not generic corporate training.

• Craft‑obsessed and doer mentality, driven by outcomes and a desire to excel in the field.
• Strong writing skills with a track record of editorial excellence.
• High aesthetic sensibility; care deeply about course feel.
• User‑ and impact‑obsessed; think in outcomes, not outputs.
• Critical thinker able to distill vague problems into clear hypotheses and iterate based on real data.
• Digital and AI savvy, capable of building AI agents or rapidly learning to do so.

French: native. English: fluent, capable of detailed written and spoken communication.
