Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive Shopify-based e-commerce websites tailored to client requirements.
• Customize Shopify themes and templates to align with branding and user experience goals.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and payment gateways to enhance site functionality.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless navigation across devices.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to Shopify stores.
• Implement SEO best practices to maximize site visibility and organic traffic.
• Stay updated with the latest Shopify features, e-commerce trends, and web development technologies.
• Conduct regular site audits and updates to ensure security and compliance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients or internal teams as needed.

• 2-4 years of proven experience in website development, with a strong focus on Shopify and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s templating language).
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and developing custom features or apps.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce sites.
