Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive QA framework for the platform.
- Manage planning, scheduling, and execution of platform releases.
- Design and execute detailed test plans, including UAT and automated testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for performance and security testing.
- Build and maintain a repository of test cases reflecting platform evolution.
- Monitor QA metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in QA processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in QA and release management, with proven leadership capability.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with enterprise‑level platforms and cross‑functional teams.
- Expertise in automated testing, UAT, and security testing.
- Effective collaborator with a track record of driving results.
