Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, laptops, desktops.
- Maintain and support CCTV systems, cameras, punch-in/biometric systems.
- Install, update, and configure software, drivers, and operating systems.
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues.
- Unlock/reset passwords on locked computers (authorized cases only).
- Proven experience in general IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows).
- Experience with CCTV and access/punch-in systems.
