Job Responsibilities
- Daily Operation Support
- Assist in the preparation, execution and review of various online/offline activities;
- Assist in the collection, collation and preliminary analysis of operation data;
- Responsible for some of the daily work such as content editing, page maintenance and tweet writing.
- Project Follow‑up Collaboration
- Follow up and coordinate the progress of cross‑departmental cooperation projects to ensure that the time nodes are reached;
- Record meeting minutes, write project promotion documents, and promote matters to the ground.
- User Operation Support
- Assist in handling user feedback, opinion collection and initial response;
- Assist in executing operation actions such as user recruitment, retention and promotion.
- Other temporary affairs processing
- Including daily administrative support such as vendor liaison, material preparation and report output.
- College degree or above, major is not limited, marketing, media, management category is preferred;
- Skilled in using Excel, PPT, Word, with basic data processing ability;
- Responsible, strong execution, meticulous and patient, good stress resistance;
Good sense of communication and collaboration, good at cross‑team cooperation; - Relevant internship experience in operations, event execution, content editing, etc. is preferred.
- Familiar with content operation or user growth mechanism;
- Skills in PS, graphic editing, video editing, etc.;
- Good English or multi‑language skills are preferred.
Comprehensive salary range: AED
