Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Word Press Woo Commerce Website Administrator who can immediately contribute to managing eCommerce websites, overseeing web hosting, and coordinating projects involving senior developers or UI/UX designers. Who can start performing from day one.
Responsibilities Highlight- Oversee day-to-day operations of the website.
- Ensure the website is up to date with the latest Word Press and Woo Commerce versions, plugins, and themes.
- Manage AWS resources, including server instances, storage, databases, and networking.
- Monitor and optimize AWS usage and costs.
- Implement and maintain AWS security best practices.
- Monitor website performance and load times.
- Implement performance optimization techniques, such as caching and CDN integration.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Implement and manage security measures, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and malware protection.
- Set up and manage automated backup processes.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support for website-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, functionality, and security issues.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to implement new features and updates.
- Communicate with hosting providers and third‑party service providers as needed.
- Setup Word Press in different environments.
- Create new sites for different countries and businesses with basic UI/UX using Elementor Pro.
- Setup and manage plugins:
Woo Commerce customization, security, backup, access control, etc. - Manage Woo Commerce: update products and categories, support design improvement, improve functionalities (shipping, pricing, content by user), create pages and forms, manage security, backup, and user access control.
- Manage hosting: CPanel, Google Cloud, and AWS Light Sail.
- Handle basic/minor back/front-end coding.
- Coordinate jobs requiring senior developers or UI/UX designers.
- Coordinate SEO processes and analyze website performance and SEO results.
- Education:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- AWS Certified (Cloud Practitioner or higher is preferred).
- Experience:
- At least 3‑5 years in website administration, particularly with Word Press and Woo Commerce.
- More than 1 year of proven experience in Word Press/Woo Commerce and web hosting.
- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Cloud Front, Route 53).
- Knowledge of web hosting, DNS management, SSL certificates, server configuration.
- Familiarity with MySQL, website security, backup solutions.
- Skills in website performance optimization, basic HTML/CSS coding, SEO awareness.
- All information must be accurate.
- Candidates should provide relevant references, certificates, letters.
- Candidates will undergo tests on advanced Word Press‑Woo Commerce administration, web hosting, and basic SEO.
