NOC Engineer – Network & Systems-Evening Shift

We have an urgent requirement for Evening Shift NOC Engineer – Network & Systems for our client in Dubai, UAE.

• Strong experience on Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting (routers, switches, connectivity issues) is THE MUST
• Strong experience on Server Monitoring & Basic Administration is MUST
• Strong experience on NOC Operations Experience (incident handling, escalation, ticketing, shift work) is THE MUST

CCNA or equivalent networking certification is preferred.

We are looking for an IT Engineer with both Network and Systems experience to work an evening shift as part of the NOC Project. The role involves monitoring network and server infrastructure, responding to alerts, and taking immediate corrective action where required to ensure service availability and stability.

• Monitor network and server infrastructure during evening shift operations
• Respond to NOC alerts and incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and take corrective actions
• Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and server environments (Windows/Linux)
• Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when required with proper documentation
• Perform routine health checks and ensure system availability
  
  Log incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Follow NOC procedures, SLAs, and escalation matrices

• Experience in Network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience in Server monitoring and basic administration (Windows/Linux)
• Familiarity with NOC operations, incident handling, and escalation processes
• Ability to work evening / shift-based schedules
• Good communication and documentation skills
