UI​/UX Designer

Our client is a leading software solutions organisation, who specialise in empowering businesses with innovative technology solutions by providing SaaS solutions tailored to business needs.

They are currently hiring for a UI/UX Designer who would be responsible forfortranslating product goals into intuitive, elegant experiences, own flows, prototypes, and design systems that accelerate delivery without sacrificing usability.

• Manage end-to-end UX: discovery, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and clickable prototypes in Figma.
• Turn feature roadmaps into design plans; facilitate design reviews and async handoffs.
• Run quick usability tests, heuristic reviews, and incorporate findings into iterations.
• Maintain lightweight design system (components, tokens) and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
• Partner with PM/Engineering to scope MVPs and de-risk complexity early.

• Portfolio showing shipped products with measurable impact.
• Expert in Figma (autolayout, variants, interactive components, prototyping).
• Strong information architecture, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Experience producing dev-ready specs, redlines, and assets.
• Comfort with user research methods (interviews, task analysis, surveys).

• Motion/interaction prototyping (Proto Pie, After Effects, Framer).
• Analytics literacy (GA, Mixpanel, Hotjar) and experimentation basics.
• Familiarity with design for LLM/RAG products (prompt/response UX, uncertainty states).

• Task success rate / time-to-task completion ; usability issue count.
• Design-to-dev rework ; roadmap delivery on time.
• Adoption and consistency via design system usage.
