We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in IT Infrastructure to lead mission‑critical projects within the banking sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives that support secure, compliant, and scalable enterprise systems.

As a Project Manager – IT Infrastructure, you will oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale infrastructure projects, including data center deployments, network upgrades, server migrations, and cloud integrations. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery, adherence to regulatory standards, and alignment with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work on high‑impact projects in a dynamic banking environment, where precision, leadership, and technical expertise are key to success.

• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including data centers, networks, server migrations, and cloud implementations
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and banking regulations
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and provide regular progress reports
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and lead change management initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in infrastructure project management
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure components and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Trello
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience managing hybrid/cloud migration projects
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations
• Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Banking sector experience with regulatory compliance exposure
• Advanced vendor management and negotiation skills
