WSP is seeking a highly organised AI Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven initiatives within our Properties and Building Business unit. This role will work closely with senior leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of AI programmes aligned with P&B governance and enterprise objectives.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects within the P&B portfolio.
• Ensure alignment with P&B governance, timelines, and enterprise standards.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs for AI initiatives.
• Drive adherence to quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Support leadership in driving adoption and optimising outcomes.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives.

• Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards for P&B and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organisational frameworks and risk management protocols.
• Track measurable impact and ROI of AI programmes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests.

• Translate business objectives into actionable AI project plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption where relevant.
• Promote best practices for AI implementation across the properties and building business.
• 8–10 years of experience in project management within technology or AI-driven programmes.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
