Paid Media Sr. Executive (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and Microsoft Ads. This role carries full ownership of performance, including planning, setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling. Success is measured by business metrics such as revenue and qualified leads.
Position is 100 % remote for candidates in Egypt, Lebanon, Pakistan, or Kenya.
Key Responsibilities- Manage paid media execution aligned with business goals (leads, revenue, ROAS, CAC).
- Plan budgets and platform mix across Google, Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage campaign types such as lead generation, video views, app download, and retargeting.
- Monitor performance daily and optimize budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives.
- Adhere to the optimization checklist, taxonomy, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing improvement and document findings.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking across platforms.
- Support offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations when required.
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear optimization actions.
- Run structured tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Define ad messaging and copy angles by funnel stage; recommend copy.
- Guide creative testing (hooks, formats, CTAs) and provide performance feedback.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with KPIs and recommendations.
- Communicate results, insights, risks, and next steps in a client‑friendly manner.
- 5–7 years of experience in paid media.
- 5–7 years of experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with Tik Tok Ads, Snap Chat Ads, Linked In Ads is a strong bonus.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and conversion tracking.
- Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak).
- Remote‑first work with clear structure and ownership.
- AI integrated into daily workflows.
- Flat hierarchy where decisions are driven by data, not titles.
- Exposure to clients across UAE, KSA, Japan, UK, and Egypt.
- Modern tech stack including Slack, Google Drive, Click Up, Pipe Drive CRM, Zapier, and ChatGPT.
