SalesOur Sales & E-Commerce teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving out performance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
The Role
We are a data-first organization, placing analytics at the heart of decision-making to empower business leaders with the insights they need to drive growth and performance. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, cross‑functional team focused on transforming data into strategic advantage across our eCommerce ecosystem.
Your leadership will be instrumental in embedding data and AI into everyday business processes, enabling smarter decisions and delivering measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to ensure seamless integration across the data value chain—from data collection and modeling to analysis, reporting, and experimentation.
We position consumer data and insights at the core of our ways of working, and this role will be pivotal in shaping how we use data to understand consumer behavior, optimize digital marketing investments, and drive commercial outcomes. You will lead a team of analysts and developers, using the full suite of AI and analytics capabilities to solve real business problems with a strong focus on ROI.

Your Responsibilities- Deliver complex insight use cases through compelling visualizations and narratives, translating analytical findings into actionable business outcomes.
- Analyze consumer sales patterns and digital marketing performance to optimize spend and recommend data‑driven actions that improve ROI.
- Build and optimize machine learning models using regression and gradient boosting techniques (e.g., XGBoost, Light
GBM), with a strong grasp of explainable ML to interpret model drivers and parameter weights. - Design and deploy elasticity and price optimization models to inform pricing and promotional strategies across digital channels.
- Create innovative AI use cases that solve business problems and deliver measurable impact.
- Design, implement, and manage experimental frameworks (e.g., A/B testing) to validate new ideas and guide continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and enhancement of eCommerce dashboards, ensuring they remain the central hub for decision‑making across teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and BI developers, ensuring clear task ownership, domain expertise, and timely delivery of high‑quality insights.
- Develop and execute a BI and digital transformation strategy, integrating internal and external data sources to build a comprehensive market model and scalable insights channels.
- Champion a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, empowering teams with the tools, insights, and mindset needed to drive performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing data teams or operations.
