Position Overview This role is responsible for administering, optimizing, and securing enterprise Oracle databases to support Dicetek LLC’s mission-critical applications. The position requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle installation, configuration, performance tuning, PL/SQL development, and enterprise-grade data management aligned with modern engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle databases across development, test, and production environments Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning Develop PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, triggers, and complex queries Implement and manage backup, recovery, data protection, and high availability strategies Ensure database security, user access management, and compliance with internal standards Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and uptime Support ETL processes, data migration activities, and CI/CD database deployments Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and analysts to deliver scalable data solutions Contribute to database design, modeling, and documentation in alignment with enterprise best practices Ideal Profile Proven experience as an Oracle Database Administrator in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Oracle installation, configuration, tuning, and monitoring Excellent PL/SQL development skills for stored procedures and complex database logic
