Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Reinsurance Broker to manage and negotiate reinsurance placements, develop client relationships, and provide expert advisory services for our client - a leading Reinsurance Brokerage based in DIFC, Dubai
. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills, ensuring optimal risk transfer solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and clients.
• Assess client risk exposures and design appropriate reinsurance programs.
• Negotiate and secure reinsurance placements to optimize risk transfer.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and capacity to provide strategic insights.
• Prepare and present proposals, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including actuarial, underwriting, and claims.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• years of experience in reinsurance, insurance, or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are a plus.
