We are currently recruiting a Insurance Officer for our client based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail oriented Insurance Officer to manage motor insurance claims and inter-company notifications. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, claims procedures, and repair processes, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Handle motor claims for agency repairs and inter-company notifications.
• Review and register claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms.
• Coordinate with agency service centers for estimates, approvals, and progress updates.
• Verify repair invoices and process payments promptly.
• Maintain accurate claim files and documentation in the system.
• Liaise with surveyors/loss adjusters for damage validation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Manage third-party claim notifications and coordinate with other insurers.
• Support recovery processes and assist in subrogation cases.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and operational improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or related field.
• Min 4-7 years of experience in motor insurance claims.
• Proficient in MS Office and insurance management systems (IIRIS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to company environment.
