We are seeking experienced in‑house legal professionals to join our growing network of Fractional General Counsel. As a member of arch.law, you will work with a portfolio of dynamic clients across sectors, providing strategic legal advice and operational support tailored to their stage of growth and commercial ambitions.

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to SME and high‑growth clients, often serving as their de facto General Counsel.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across a range of areas including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment, data protection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Support clients through key growth milestones such as fundraising, international expansion, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business models and aligning legal strategy with commercial goals.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an in‑house General Counsel or senior legal counsel, ideally with exposure to multiple sectors.
• Strong generalist legal skills with the ability to advise across a broad range of business issues.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity.
• Experience working with or advising SMEs, start‑ups, or scale‑ups.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
