Legal Advisor (Real Estate) at Al Fattan Properties

• Should have knowledge of RDC, Dubai Courts, DIAC & prosecution.
• Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development projects in the UAE.
• Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements including lease contracts, MOUs, service agreements, and NDAs.
• Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transactions to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise internal teams on real estate regulations, land use, zoning laws, and property licensing in Dubai and the wider UAE.
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to support business goals and ensure compliance.
• Assist in overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, including audits, training, and internal controls.
• Represent the company in negotiations, legal proceedings and dispute resolution processes.
  
  Monitor and communicate updates in UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and other relevant legal developments.
• Contribute to the drafting of internal policies, checklists, and documentation to ensure legal consistency and compliance.

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience, with mandatory experience in UAE Real Estate Law.
• Strong working knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations (required).
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred (spoken and written).
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
