We are seeking to appoint two experienced Employment Lawyers to join two growing legal practices in Dubai. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality employment matters within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Both roles involve advising a diverse client base on a wide range of employment law matters under UAE labour law and related regulations. One position specifically requires fluency in Arabic, including the ability to draft legal documents and provide advice in Arabic.

• Advising employers and employees on UAE employment and labour law
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and workplace documentation
• Handling terminations, disciplinary matters, and employment disputes
• Advising on restructurings, redundancies, and compliance issues
• Supporting clients with labour court proceedings and negotiations
• Staying up to date with developments in UAE labour legislation

• Qualified lawyer with strong experience in employment law
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law and employment practices
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills
• Commercial and practical approach to problem-solving
• Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively
• Proven ability to draft legal documents in Arabic
• Confident providing legal advice and correspondence in Arabic
