Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Emirati Legal Counsel to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. This role is ideal for a motivated UAE National with a strong background in corporate law who thrives in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- UAE National (Emirati) mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Master’s Degree (LLM) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or top-tier law firm.
- Strong understanding of UAE commercial and corporate legislation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in Arabic and English. High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
