Supply manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in supply chain management. This is a contract role with accommodation provided, open to candidates of all nationalities.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that may arise
• Analyze market trends and make recommendations for product sourcing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to supply chain management

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Supply Manager or similar role in the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
• Biometric passport preferred
