• Independently develop production operational plans for each warehouse and guide their preparatory work.
• Establish monitoring solutions and tools for plan execution, guide warehouses in process monitoring, and ensure planned targets are achieved.
• Take full ownership of capacity allocation across warehouses, and collaborate proactively to address any capacity gaps.
• Independently manage shift scheduling and attendance for all operational phases, and adjust manpower in real‑time based on production needs.
• Monitor the achievement of category planning and storage capacity targets for all warehouses, and collaborate with the warehouse network on real‑time adjustments to ensure storage objectives are met.
• Align with S&OP to confirm manpower planning, and oversee the recruitment and management of warehouse staff to ensure capacity matches demand.

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree or above.
• Work Experience:
  
  More than 5 years of on‑site management experience in warehousing logistics, familiar with e‑commerce warehousing production models, and understanding of the various sub‑production links in warehousing.
• Knowledge and
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in using tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, familiar with ERP principles and systems, WMS systems, and office software.
• Qualities and Abilities:
  Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution ability, and good coordination skills.
• Fluent English communication;
  Mandarin language skill is a plus.
