• Join a dedicated beach team and report directly to the Beach Club Management team.
• Be responsible for the physical plant of the beach club (boilers, chillers, heating, cooling, room maintenance, equipment maintenance). Resolve maintenance issues while on shift.
• Monitor and maintain the BMS, GRMS, and Fire Alarm, managing beach club equipment and systems in good working condition.
• Service and repair various mechanical equipment including HVAC, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, generators, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment.
• Apply departmental and corporate SOPs and LSOPs; implement Dorchester Collection policies, standards and procedures fairly and consistently.
• Maintain a safe working environment and complete departmental job safety analysis; work accident‑free.
• Perform additional tasks as reasonably required, including adjusting work hours to cover hotel needs.
• Work in a beach club environment that may expose you to heat and sun, requiring standing and walking for long periods.
• Adhere to the general overview provided, noting that specific tasks may vary and are subject to change.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Technical Trade Course Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanics/HVAC‑R or related.
• At least 4 years’ experience in facility management, with minimum 1 year in an international 5‑star luxury hotel brand; minimum 2 years as a Shift Technician or similar role.
• Expertise in equipment maintenance, performing routine maintenance on MEP systems and equipment. Ability to read Building, Air‑conditioning, Refrigeration and Electrical drawings.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills; able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer‑service oriented communication skills.
• Proficient in English; this is the primary language used in the hotel.
