Maintenance Manager; MEP​/HVAC

Overview

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance department. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our holiday homes to ensure they are in excellent condition and meet our high standards of quality.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Inspect the apartments & luxury villas regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee the coordination and execution of shifts among subordinates.
• Coordinate with clients, external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment inventory.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost‑effective use of resources.
• Implement cost‑cutting measures to optimize expenditures on materials by ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the Maintenance, Fit out, or Contracting industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.
• Strong experience in MEP.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
