Maintenance Specialist - Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and facilities in our company. This is a full‑time position, with no accommodation provided.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating parts, and replacing worn‑out components
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks and upcoming maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently complete maintenance tasks
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed
• Adhere to all company safety procedures while performing maintenance tasks

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical wiring
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
