Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escape.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred for advanced technical understanding.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in facility or equipment maintenance, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership.
• Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance environments, with knowledge of relevant industry standards and practices.
• Must have UAE driving license with aware of Dubai roots.

Knowledge of AC Systems Like VRF , Chiller system, split Unit Maintenance.

Knowledge of Electrical and plumbing system Maintenance.

Ability to handle the Team and overlook the PPM .
