- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Light and Heavy Equipment repairs and preventive maintenance & Spare parts
- familiar with SAP or similar maintenance management system
- expertise in mobile and auto equipment in a cement company (cement trucks /trailers/loaders/ forklifts/maintenance vehicles)
- Has strong knowledge in spare parts planning and inventory control, as well as hydraulic , pneumatic and lubrication systems
- Great team leadership and supervision of technicians; workforce planning, task allocation, training and performance monitoring
- Management skills in budgeting , cost control and maintenance cost optimization
- Min 8
-15 years of experience in cement heavy manufacturing industry
