Cleaning Services AMC

Description

The scope of work includes the following activities but not limited to;

• To maintain an acceptable standard of cleanliness of all the common premises. Schedule of daily, weekly and monthly services should be proposed by the vendors.
• The schedule of deep cleaning services should be provided by the service provider.
• Maintain hygiene conditions in the common washrooms ensuring a constant supply of janitorial cleaning supplies, machinery, safety equipment, personal protective equipment and hygiene consumables (hand soap, hand towels and toilet tissue).
• Clean and disinfect the swimming pool deck, changing areas and gymnasium on a daily schedule.
• Control waste management and recycling and ensure waste is moved to designated locations at scheduled times.
• Clean the garbage chute and waste containers on an approved schedule or as required.
• Provide a dedicated marble care program of cleaning and buffing to maintain the sheen on all floors. Ground floor entrance lobby will require monthly buffing service at most and residential floors 6 monthly buffing.
• Basement pressure washing of common areas and annual dusting of exposed pipes and ducts.
• Report any maintenance issues to the FM supervisor in a timely manner.
• External facade requiring special access is excluded from scope. However, all common area glass and frames on the ground floor, basements and pool area are included.

Note:

Cleaning Staff accommodation available on site.

12 hrs/day - 7 days/week (6am to 6pm)

Vendors should only submit a fully detailed proposal after site visit to ensure the full scope of work required and access conditions are fully understood.
