We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Production Manager to support the overall production operations in our facility.
Required Skills & Knowledge- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Printing & Packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of Offset and Digital Printing machinery, including troubleshooting and operational skills.
- Hands‑on experience in managing and guiding teams of more than 10 employees.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage workflows efficiently.
- A results‑driven approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced production environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in manufacturing.
