Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer and Programmer is responsible for designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, programming CNC machines, and ensuring efficient, high-quality production operations. The role requires expertise in process development, machine programming, production scheduling, quality control, troubleshooting, automation and robotics integration, cost management, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field is required; additional certifications in CNC programming, CAM, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are beneficial.
Key Responsibilities- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Program CNC machines and other automated systems to ensure precise production.
- Plan and schedule production operations to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Integrate automation and robotics into production lines for improved productivity.
- Continuously assess processes and products to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
Certifications in CNC programming, CAM software, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma preferred.
