• Machine Operation:
  Ability to operate CNC machines, following pre-programmed instructions or making manual adjustments to ensure that parts are produced according to specifications.
• Tool Changes and Adjustments:
  Ability to change tools or adjust cutting speeds, feeds, and other machine parameters during production to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Knowledge of CNC Controls:
  Ability to work with different types of CNC machine controls (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, Haas, or Mazak systems), adjusting parameters to meet job requirements.
• Reading Engineering Drawings:
  Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand part dimensions, tolerances, and materials.
• Understanding Conversion of Units:
  Ability to convert measurements between metric and imperial units and apply those conversions in machining tasks.

• Setup:
  Prepare CNC machines by setting up tools, materials, and programming the machine.
• Operation:
  Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to technical specifications.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect parts for accuracy, measure dimensions, and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and keep the work area clean and organized.
