The Joinery Project Co-ordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all joinery-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves reviewing drawings, preparing material schedules, coordinating with production teams, suppliers, and site teams, and ensuring timely delivery and installation of joinery items. The coordinator ensures smooth workflow between design, production, procurement, and site execution while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
Responsibilities- Coordinate joinery works from drawings to production and site installation.
- Manage daily schedules and follow up on production and site progress.
- Ensure timely communication between design, factory, and site teams.
- Review joinery drawings, material lists, and specifications.
- Maintain updated drawing revisions and project documents.
- Prepare and update joinery progress reports.
- Attend coordination meetings with project teams and clients.
- Update stakeholders on joinery status and highlight delays or issues.
- Maintain clear communication between all departments.
