Sr. Operator II, Petrochemicals

A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Sr. Operator II, Petrochemicals to join its operations in KSA. If you have strong experience in operating and monitoring complicated equipment in the petrochemical industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow in your career.

• Operate and control complicated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations across all process areas.
• Conduct safety briefings to ensure operational safety and address unsafe/safe acts promptly.
• Prepare and communicate shift reports to supervisors regarding process status.
• Troubleshoot normal and complex operational issues.
• Guide and train junior operators to ensure proper practices are implemented.
• Oversee critical equipment operations and assist in production and maintenance processes.
• Deputize for supervisors and provide operational guidance to less experienced team members.

Education:

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

Experience:

• 0-2 years with a Degree.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience with a Diploma (desirable).

Skills and Competencies:

• Critical Thinking and Decision Making.
• Proficiency in operational processes and plant operations.
• Scheduling and planning for production activities.
• Strong technical knowledge in safety, communication, and troubleshooting.

• Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4,000 SR 7,000.
