A leading petrochemical company is seeking a qualified Operator, HDPE & LDPE to join its team in KSA. If you have over 5 years of operational experience in HDPE or polymer plants, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.

• Perform day-to-day routine operations to ensure uninterrupted production and safe plant operation.
• Monitor and ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient performance of the unit to achieve key objectives.
• Troubleshoot process problems across multiple operation areas and take corrective actions.
• Check operational parameters, analyze data, and implement necessary changes.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on preventive and turnaround maintenance.
• Issue work permits and oversee maintenance-related activities.
• Prepare shift reports, maintain records, and handle start-up, shutdown, and plant upsets/emergencies efficiently.
• Contribute to plant improvements, shutdowns, and Management of Change (MOC) activities.

• Education: Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in operational roles within HDPE or polymer plants.
• Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and operational skills.
  • Ability to monitor and optimize plant performance.
  • Proficiency in safety protocols and emergency response.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency.

• Operators: Basic Salary: SR 4,000 - SR 7,000.
• Specialist & Engineers: Basic Salary: SR 8,000 - SR 10,000.
