Workshop/Production Manager Company Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop/Production Manager to lead their team and enhance production processes.

Production Management:

• Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, effectively allocating resources to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of craftsmen, technicians, and assemblers.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence among team members.
• Provide training and skill development opportunities for team adaptability and skill enhancement.

Operational Optimization:

• Develop and formalize internal processes for workflow optimization, material inventory management, and quality control systems.
• Maintain structured reporting systems for project tracking and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Strategic Development:

• Collaborate with senior management to define production strategies that align with company growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for investment in new tools, equipment, and technologies to support scaling operations.

• Experience: Proven experience in production , min 10 years or workshop management, preferably in luxury displays, retail animations, or bespoke manufacturing.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.
