Workshop/Production Manager Company Overview:

They are seeking an experienced and proactive Workshop/Production Manager to lead their team and enhance production processes.
Key Responsibilities:Production Management:
- Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, effectively allocating resources to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of craftsmen, technicians, and assemblers.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence among team members.
- Provide training and skill development opportunities for team adaptability and skill enhancement.
Operational Optimization:
- Develop and formalize internal processes for workflow optimization, material inventory management, and quality control systems.
- Maintain structured reporting systems for project tracking and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Strategic Development:
- Collaborate with senior management to define production strategies that align with company growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for investment in new tools, equipment, and technologies to support scaling operations.
- Experience: Proven experience in production , min 10 years or workshop management, preferably in luxury displays, retail animations, or bespoke manufacturing.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Skills:
Strong understanding of production techniques, materials, and tools used in manufacturing window displays and retail structures. - Organizational
Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to client needs. - Problem-Solving: Hands‑on approach to resolving production challenges and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams and liaising with clients and suppliers.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Arabic, is a plus.
