Engineer - Manufacturing and Process
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, evaluating production methods, conducting trials, and coordinating with equipment and tooling vendors.
Prepare manufacturing analysis and decision‑making data by calculating production capacity, labor requirements, cycle time, and material costs.
Lead and manage welders, technicians, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining required quality standards.
Understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions, including preparation of design concepts, fabrication drawings, and production documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of welding processes, including ARC, MIG, and TIG welding for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Non‑Ferrous materials.
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience preferred, with knowledge of local suppliers and subcontractors.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
