RME Coordinator, RME Coordinator
The RME Co‑ordinator will work with other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet timelines. The role develops plans to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components.
- Develop training plans for service technicians.
- Create preventive maintenance programs.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components (photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, encoders).
- Program PLCs, troubleshoot ladder logic, and diagnose components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, devices) and communications modules (Ethernet).
- Mentor technicians, motivate, and provide guidance to achieve goals.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance.
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with vendors to execute work at sites.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain records at sites.

Basic Qualifications- Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
- 1+ years of conveyor, automation, or control systems maintenance experience.
