About the Role
We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Welders proficient in ARC & MIG processes (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW) to join a high‑standard industrial project in the UAE, working with a leading employer in the energy and metals sector.
Key Requirements- Must be able to perform welding in all positions:
Flat, Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead, Fixed Horizontal Pipe, and 45° Fixed Pipe - Experience working in high‑temperature zones and strong magnetic fields (e.g., potlines)
- Skilled in gas cutting, carbon arc gouging, and thermal lancing
- Ability to inspect and maintain welding equipment and tools
- Strict adherence to EHS protocols, PPE compliance, and 5S workplace standards
- Proactive in daily toolbox talks, hazard identification, and reporting unsafe conditions
