ICU; Intensive Care Unit Nurse

An internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking experienced and highly skilled ICU Nurses to join its critical care team. This is an outstanding opportunity for Western-trained nurses to deliver top‑tier patient care in a modern, technologically advanced clinical environment.

As an ICU Nurse, you will care for patients with life‑threatening conditions, delivering round‑the‑clock, high‑acuity care using state‑of‑the‑art equipment and international clinical protocols.

• Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered nursing care to critically ill adults in a high‑acuity ICU setting.
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, administer life‑saving medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintain accurate patient records via electronic health systems.
• Follow strict infection control procedures and adhere to international nursing and safety standards.
• Offer emotional support and clear communication to families during difficult and sensitive times.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid nursing license in home country or country of practice.
• Minimum 2 years’ recent ICU experience in a high‑dependency or critical care setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Preference for candidates trained and registered in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural team and adapting to international standards of care.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
