Oncology Nurse

An internationally recognized healthcare provider in Dubai is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Oncology Nurses to join its expanding cancer care team. This is a rewarding opportunity for Western-trained nurses who are passionate about providing specialized care to patients throughout their cancer journey from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art environment, where international clinical standards and patient-centered care come first.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor for treatment side effects and complications, and intervene promptly in collaboration with the medical team.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, symptom management, and post-treatment care.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients facing complex and challenging diagnoses.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records.
• Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards aligned with global best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid nursing license in country of origin or practice.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in oncology or hematology nursing.
• BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification or equivalent preferred.
• Candidates trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa are strongly preferred.
• Experience with chemotherapy protocols, central lines, and symptom management is highly desirable.
• Empathetic communication skills, attention to detail, and strong clinical decision-making abilities.
• Willing to work in Dubai.
