Dubai Industry: Home Care (Construction Site Deployment) Job Description We are seeking a male Hindi speakig DHA-licensed Assistant Nurse to join our home care team. The nurse will be assigned to a construction site to provide primary healthcare support, monitor workers’ health conditions, and ensure compliance with safety and medical protocols.
- Valid DHA License (mandatory).
- Male candidate (required).
- Hindi-speaking (must).
- Provide direct nursing care to workers at the construction site.
- Monitor vital signs, assess health conditions, and respond to medical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily activity logs.
- Administer first aid, medications, and treatments as per DHA guidelines.
- Conduct routine health checks, injury assessment, and immediate care.
- Coordinate with site supervisors for health-related concerns and worker safety.
- Ensure infection control and hygiene standards are followed.
- Report health incidents to management and follow escalation procedures.
