Responsibilities- Evaluate patient health status and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment while adhering to infection control policies.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; an associate degree in Nursing (ADN) may be considered.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS);
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. - Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Prior clinical experience is desirable; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
