Job Description

The role's location may vary depending on the role availability and client's requirement. Rest assured that it will be in the Middle East region.

• BSN / Diploma in Nursing
• 3+ years experience
• Medical License

• Supervise and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient patient care.
• Manage patient assignments, staff performance, and patient flow.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.

• Assess, plan, and deliver patient care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
• Provide emotional support and patient education.

• Assist with daily activities, mobility, and basic clinical tasks.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.

• Oversee care for critically ill patients, ensuring rapid interventions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Manage staffing, resources, and ensure high standards of care in critical care units.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical conditions to patients and families.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and attention to detail.
