Search Plus HR is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the private healthcare sector. Primary Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders and monitor patient responses.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding health issues and care management.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety protocols.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or similar qualifications.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is highly preferred. - Strong clinical and assessment skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a private healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
