Job Title:
Berry Collector
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Berry Collectors in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Berry Collector, you will be responsible for harvesting berries from our farms. This is a physically demanding job that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. However, no prior experience is necessary as we provide on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
- Harvest ripe berries from designated areas on the farm
- Sort and pack berries according to size and quality
- Monitor and report any issues with pests or diseases
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Follow safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be willing to work with hands and stand for extended periods of time
- No prior experience required
