This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced QA/QC Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The QA/QC Manager will oversee and manage quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and project requirements. Responsibilities include establishing quality management systems, conducting inspections and audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with project teams to maintain quality standards.
The role involves identifying areas for improvement and providing expert recommendations to ensure the highest quality of work and adherence to industry requirements.
- Experience in establishing and managing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) systems
- Proficiency in conducting quality inspections, audits, and preparing detailed reports
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and compliance requirements relevant to construction and engineering projects
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC managerial role in construction or a related industry
- Professional certifications in quality management or relevant areas are a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
